Abstract

At present, with the widespread use of permanent magnet synchronous motors, the research on many properties of permanent magnet motors is getting deeper and deeper. In order to optimize the efficiency and torque performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor at the same time, a multi-objective optimization design method based on genetic algorithm was proposed with permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research object. The simulation model is established through motor-cad, the parameters of the stator structure size-the length of the air gap, the slot size, the inner and outer diameters of the stator core and the core length are used as the variables of the motor optimization, and the efficiency and torque are the optimization goals. And the multi-objective optimization problem is converted into a single-objective optimization problem through the weighting coefficient method, thereby simplifying the optimization method. The research results show that the optimization method based on genetic algorithm has the advantages of fast solution speed and accurate optimization. The obtained optimization results are verified by motor-cad, which shows the correctness of the optimization method.
