Abstract

Multinational corporations are playing an increasingly important role in human society. At the same time, the operations of multinational corporations in host countries have been criticized more and more. Incidents such as damage to the environment, damage to human rights, establishment of sweatshops, and commercial bribery are frequent, hair. In this regard, the theory of corporate social responsibility theoretically gives international organizations, the public, the host country and the home country government a theoretical basis for regulating the responsibilities and obligations of enterprises to protect the environment, labor rights, and prohibit commercial bribery. On this basis, the author tries to explore the possibility and control of multinational companies' overseas operations from the perspective of the home country.
