Abstract

Chest pain in young adults is not always benign, and clinical suspicion should prompt further investigations. Multimodal imaging with computed tomography coronary angiography and cardiovascular magnetic resonance can be used to identify anomalous coronary arteries, determine adverse imaging features, and guide subsequent clinical decision making.
