Abstract
methods organically, especially pull multi-media computer technology in physical education classes in order to meet the requirements of modern physical education. It is an important facing topic of educational reform. Although the multi-media technology become increasingly popular in the field of physical education, restrictions of the level of computer knowledge, modern educational technology theory and practice level make physical education teachers are not good at multimedia applications, and many of the principles, methods are not accurate in the specific application of multimedia technology teaching process. This paper discussed the relationship between multimedia technology and physical education, and the importance of the application of multimedia technology in physical education. The paper also investigated ideas and total requirements of multimedia courseware design and preparation, and analyzed the deficiencies of courseware design and the corresponding improvement measures.
