Abstract

Aiming at many factors affecting the configuration and effectiveness of the automated terminal equipment, a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the covariance-analytic method is adopted to evaluate the effectiveness of automated terminal equipment. From the four aspects of terminal equipment effectiveness, capacity, cost, and reliability, we build an automated terminal efficiency evaluation index system and effectiveness evaluation model. For the determination of quantitative and qualitative indicators, the covariance-analysis method is used to determine the index weights. And the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the impact of automated terminal equipment resources on the effectiveness of automated terminals. The evaluation results show that the cost of automated terminal equipment is a key factor affecting the effectiveness of automated terminals. And the optimization of the resource allocation of automated terminal equipment is an important way to improve the effectiveness of terminal equipment.
