Abstract
A 3D structure for the realisation of a triplexer with star-junction topology is proposed using low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology. By properly locating the resonators in different layers, a triplexer with three fourth-order filter channels (30.5–31, 31.75–32.25, 33–33.5 GHz) for Ka-band applications is designed and fabricated. Good agreement is achieved between simulation and measurement.
