Abstract

Biofilm Repellent Commensals In article number 2101410, Muhammad Imran Rahim and co-workers report a novel coating of commensal microflora on biomaterial surfaces that can prevent the colonization of infectious biofilm-forming oral pathogens. This coating remains biocompatible with human cells, suggesting an advanced therapeutic approach to control difficult-to-treat biomaterial-related infections in the oral cavity.
