Abstract

Multilayer Graphene based screen printed flexible microwave antenna is presented in this paper where paper and polystyrene are used as flexible substrates due to ease of availability and low cost. The effect of multilayer printing on antenna performance is experimented and found to be efficient. Antenna parameters such as Return Loss, VSWR, Bandwidth, Gain, and Efficiency are measured and compared. The results show that, the multilayer printing technique is more effective for paper substrate than polystyrene substrate. The morphology of graphene and the printed antennas are studied using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) images.
