Abstract

In this paper, the application scenario of the existing single-conductor installation aviation warning ball does not meet the needs of two major research backgrounds, the development of the aviation industry and the transmission wire anti-dance in the electrical system. The four-division aviation warning ball can meet more application scenarios. The design of the aviation warning ball adopts the design idea of combining a spacer bar, anti-dance device, night light device, and ball shell as the whole product to realize the functional integration of night warning and anti-dance function. This paper focuses on the connection mode of the designed new aviation warning ball. It verifies the strength of the key bearing parts in the structure to ensure the feasibility of the design structure.
