Abstract

Variable parallel processing of two-photon polymerization was demonstrated by multi-focus setup using spatial light modulator (SLM). SLM allows to control the intensity distribution of a incident laser beam at the focal point by phase modulation. The laser beam was formed multi-focus spot pattern at the Fourier plane and is projected into the liquid inorganic-organic hybrid polymer (ORMOCER) sample. This multi-focus beams simultaneously produce several parallel lines with 2.5 µm distance from each other.Variable parallel processing of two-photon polymerization was demonstrated by multi-focus setup using spatial light modulator (SLM).
