Abstract

Abstract Multifocal Skeletal Tuberculosis is an uncommon entity in immunocompetent children. Nonspecific clinical presentation and multiple osteolytic radiological lesions of multifocal skeletal tuberculosis mimic hematological malignancies, neuroblastoma and secondary metastases. Histopathological examination is mandatory for the confirmation of the diagnosis. Anti tubercular therapy is the cornerstone of treatment with surgery having a limited role.
