Abstract
The article describes the main approaches for the design of high-speed electric generators in unmanned aerial vehicles. Two generators for unmanned aerial vehicles with power of 2.3 and 3.3 kW were calculated at rotor speeds of 48,000 and 60,000 rpm respectively. Losses in these electric generators were estimated, and their heat calculations were made, as well as the calculations of rotor dynamics. The results can be used in practice for the creation of new prospective UAVs.
