Abstract

Anomalous origin of the coronary arteries is a rare congenital abnormality that can be associated with increased risk of sudden death. Multidetector CT is now becoming a useful tool in defining coronary anatomy. We present a case of a 41-year-old male with an anomalous left main coronary artery and a small septal branch further identified using multidetector CT.
