Abstract

With the continued deepening of power quality monitoring and management, the harmonic measurement error caused by the capacitor voltage transformer (CVT), which is widely used in the high-voltage power grid, can not be avoided. Firstly, the root cause of CVT harmonic measurement error is studied by the harmonic equivalent model, and constructs a high-voltage intelligent test platform covering multi-voltage level CVT harmonic measurement error, and carries out a number of in-depth measurement tests to compare and analyze the difference of different CVT harmonic measurement errors. Secondly, based on the test results, a multi-criteria fusion method is proposed to verify the CVT harmonic measurement error in substation field operation. Finally, the monitoring scheme of a 220kV substation is designed accordingly. The analysis results show that the method can effectively judge the CVT harmonic measurement error.
