Abstract

For the first time the electric-dipole matrix elements and oscillator strengths for the discrete 1S e 1P o transitions in helium are calculated within the HSA-approach taking into account the nonadiabatic channel coupling. The dependence of the energy values for the ground and single excited states and oscillator strengths on the number of channels are investigated.
