Abstract
Primary spinal Hodgkin lymphoma without classic nodal lesions or advanced systemic disease is uncommon. As a result of its rarity and nonspecific symptomatology, it may be inadequately evaluated at initial presentation and frequently mistaken for other pathologic processes. The authors present a case of Hodgkin disease with multiple vertebral lesions demonstrated by PET/CT and MR.
