Solar Hydrogen Evolution In article number 2200918, Jason Chun-Ho Lam, Yuliang Li, and co-workers successfully constructed the strongly coupled p-n Co-ZnS/CoO heterojunction, featuring a multifaced hollow Co-ZnS substrate, abundant surface active sites, and an efficient built-in electric field. The integration of p-n components creates the self-driving force at the nanointerface to enable effective regulation of electron-hole pairs separation, thereby achieving an extraordinary solar-to-hydrogen activity without engaging cocatalyst.
