Abstract

AbstractMultiaxial creep behaviour is analysed within an invariant formulation of the secondary creep constitutive equations for orthotropic solids, developed in the framework of the theory of tensor function representations. The biaxial tension method is improved in order to determine complex stress state in specimen of orthotropic rolled sheet‐metal. The shape of the specimen is taken into account with respect to the uniform stress state by applying the finite element codes.
