Abstract
The questions of practical use of multi-agent technologies are considered. The description of the specific properties of multi-agent systems is presented, which determine the scope of their practical application, as well as examples of successful use of the multi-agent approach for solving important practical problems. The main attention is paid to the problem of agents interaction with an external environment. In this regard, the description of examples is given for the environment of several multi-agent systems. It also contains a description of the virtual reality model and virtual space, which reflect the full life cycle of multi-agent application systems. Taking into account the direction of the paper, the main attention is also paid the description of the environment to the description of the proposed solutions used to implement the mechanisms of interaction between agents and the environment.
