Abstract

Abstract We describe a process that simultaneously achieves microreaction synthesis and fluorous liquid-phase extraction in a single system. Use of this method in multi-step synthesis of a protected monosaccharide unit yielded the desired product. Moreover, the total synthesis time, including an only single column chromatography as the last step, was significantly shortened compared with general synthetic methods.
