Abstract

In order to give full attention to the auxiliary service capacity of the pumped storage power station, a multi-power optimal dispatch model considering the auxiliary service cost of the pumped storage power station was established, and the efficient operation of the pumped storage power station was realized by the dispatching method combined with the auxiliary service cost compensation mechanism. After calculating the auxiliary service cost of the pumped storage power station and comprehensively analyzing the fixed and variable costs of the power station, the cooperative game method was applied to realize the allocation of the total cost of construction and operation of pumped storage power stations among various auxiliary services of the power grid, and the calculating mechanism of auxiliary service dispatching cost of pumped storage units under the dispatch of the day is proposed, which was applied to multi-power optimal dispatch. The example analysis validates the validity of the model. The results show that the cost of peak shaving service can be significantly reduced by considering the dispatching and operation mode of auxiliary service cost of pumped storage power station, and the enthusiasm of pumped storage power station to participate in auxiliary service can be fully mobilized to realize the optimum operation of the system.
