Abstract

Abstract Multi-rate control design of two-time-scale systems is considered via digital redesign method. After the multi-rate control design procedures via singular perturbation theory is reviewed and the relationships between slow and fast subproblems are clarified, the design method via the bi-linear transformation method is investigated. Furthermore, in order to verify the validity of this method, an application to the longitudinal control problem of an aircraft is given.
