Abstract

Monitoring a complex project with multiple partners is a challenging but essential task to maintain project performance despite changes. The tools usually used in project management are static tools that do not allow to see all the project dynamics. This paper proposes a digital twin for multi-partner projects whose simulation model mimics the dynamic execution of the project. It allows the project manager to manage the start and end of tasks, deliverables, and milestones and predict the consumption of the project efforts during the project horizon.
