Abstract

This paper will consider a Bilevel Decisionmaking Problem(BLDP) in which one decisionmaker on the upper level(UDM) wi th multicriteria affects the behavior of several decisionmakers on the lower level(LDMs), and vice versa.Usually, even under certain general convexity assumptions the UDM’s Pareto frontier of the criteria space may be nonconvex or disconnected. To solve the problem of this kind an algorithm is presented for calculating the Pareto frontier with global convergence.A numerical illustrative example is given to show the efficiency of the algorithm.
