Abstract

The article deals with sustainable construction and the evaluation of its elements using Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). The object of the research is the analysis of the concepts of the arrangement of the territory located in the Pilaitė district, Vilnius. Three spatial planning concepts are being developed and assessed against three groups of indicators, each consisting of 4–5 indicators. The analyzed groups of indicators were selected on the basis of the social, economic and environmental dimensions of sustainable construction. The summative method of relationship evaluation ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) was chosen to evaluate the spatial planning concept.
