Abstract

Opinion mining or sentiment analysis is a new research field. However, it plays an important role in computer sciences, and attracts interests of researchers, companies, as well as organizations. As afield of research, it is closely related to natural language processing, machine learning, text mining, and information retrieval. In this paper, the main method we use to solve the issues of classifying Vietnamese reviews in hospitality is machine learning techniques. The results obtained from the experimental phase are optimistic.
