Abstract

The Integral impeller is widely used in all kinds of turbine machinery and aeroengine. With the improvement of engine performance, the shape of the impeller becomes more and more complex. It has the characteristics of small blade spacing, large distortion and thin blade, etc. The Integral impeller is more difficult to process. This paper analyzes the NC machining technology of the Integral impeller and discusses the parameter setting of the multi-axis NC machining.
