Abstract
This article is based on the scarcity of literature about women in Human Geography, aspect which is osualiy included hito tite study of population in generaJ. It begins with a revision of the literature about women, which is always related with British and USA reviews, asid included into the non positivist Geography. Eventually it is demostrated that there is a wide range of spatial aspects about women that should be inquired, Uut Rs developing has heen limited Uy positivism and, specially, by the academic structure.
