Abstract
In Germany, MTU Friedrichshafen GmbH in Baden-Württemberg and RWE Fuel Cells GmbH in Essen have signed an agreement — subject to approval by EU regulatory authorities — to establish a joint venture to expand their fuel cell activities towards a widespread launch of molten carbonate fuel cell systems and establishing a leading market position in high-temperature fuel cells.
