Abstract

The link between evaluative methods from Ergonomics and Human Factors with the field of Education could provide formality to experiential knowledge; the benefits of this systematization concerns the possibility of early recognition of students' educational lag factors, even before the literacy process, contributing to the early start of strategies for educational improvement, before eventual failure in tests and written assignments. From this perspective, we analyzed the Ergonomic Methods of Systematic Observation, HTA and SAGAT correlated with teaching practices at 2nd Grade Elementary School, aiming to promote the formalization of student performance registers and support the achievement of school recovery and improvement plans.
