Abstract

A 57 year-old-man presented with a maxillary tumor which proved to be an adenocarcinoma. The prostate was hard and PSA were high. Biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of metastatic prostatic adenocarcinoma. Evolution was fatal despite a medico-surgical treatment. Facial bone metastases are rare comparatively to the high metastatic incidence in the rest of the skeleton.
