Abstract

Dose-response measures the dose required to produce a particular effect of interest in clinical trials over time. This study aimed to compare the results of different non-linear dose-response regression models. This is followed by extrapolating the proportion of the responders based on the clinical endpoint or medication doses given to the patient, which helps prevent adverse health effects.
