Abstract
Purpose: Brachytherapy plays an important role in the radical treatment of prostate cancer, and its related biological effects and possible mechanisms have yet to be demonstrated. Based on the previous radiobiological study of tumor brachytherapy, this research intends to analyze the relationship between the radiosensitivity of prostate cancer and miR-503-CD40-PI3K/AKT signaling system, reveal the potential targets for improving brachytherapy sensitivity of prostate cancer.
