Abstract

Background: Pre-clinical stages of Alzheimer disease include mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and subjective cognitive decline (SCD). Evidence suggests that cognitive impairment of MCI might arise from disrupted topological organization in the white matter structural networks. However, whether this organization is related to cognitive function and domains remains unclear.
