Abstract

We report on a patient with a fistula formation from the cavity of a degenerated subserosal leiomyoma to endocervical canal in a 42-year-old woman presented with malodorous vaginal discharge. MR imaging demonstrated the characteristic imaging features for the cavity of a degenerated subserosal uterine leiomyoma communicating with the endocervical canal. MR imaging might provide an accurate diagnosis and treatment planning before surgery.
