Abstract

Brachytherapy for prostate cancer is associated with temporary urethritis and lower urinary tract symptoms. There is concern that patients with large prostates may develop more troublesome symptoms. The aim of this study was to assess the influence of prostate volume upon post-operative lower urinary tract symptoms.
