Abstract
The AUA/EAU Ureteral Stones Guideline Panel reports similar results for SWL or ureteroscopy in proximal ureteral stones. However, impacted ureteral calculi are more difficult to treat by SWL. The aim of our study was to assess the efficacy, safety, and complications of retrograde ureteroscopy for impacted upper ureteral stones.
