Abstract

Ureterosigmoidostomy is the oldest technique for continent urinary diversion since 19th century. As carcinoma of the urinary bladder is the commonest (40%) of solid tumors in males in Egypt, thousands of this procedure has been done since the fifties of the last century till present time. In this study, we will assess the long-term follow-up and complications of this technique at our institution.
