Abstract

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is a common problem for older men. The golden standard treatment is transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP). Bipolar plasmakinetic resection of the prostate (PKRP) is one of the alternatives that have been developed recently for curing BPH. Our study is to assess the therapeutic efficacy and safety of bipolar plasmakinetic resection technique for treating men with BPH.
