Abstract
PCNL is well accepted method of renal stone management. In PCNL postoperatively usually nephrostomy tube and D-J stent are used. But nephrostomy tube and D-J stent has some morbidity. Tubeless and JJ stentless PCNL in selected cases reduces morbidity. This study will evaluate the results of nephrostomy tubeless and JJ stentless PCNL in the management of renal stones in selected cases.
