Abstract
This is the final issue of Global Spine Journal for 2016. As the year draws to a close, we would like to update our readers, authors, and reviewers with the changes that will be made next year. This issue is also our final issue that we publish with Thieme Publishers. On behalf of the entire Editorial Board, we would like to thank Thieme for their past services to GSJ and EBSJ over the last 5 years. Thieme has helped the journal grow and flourish, and we appreciate all of their past hard work and dedication.
