Abstract
Purpose: Radiation oncology departments are realizing the advantages of electronic health records. A challenge to reaching this goal exists for institutions with a Nucletron HDR afterloading system and the IMPAC record and verify system. Methods were investigated which would allow electronic records to be kept for individual patients treated with this modality as well as all the necessary physics QA.
