Abstract

The author takes basic concepts from three classic authors, which she considers current to the extent that they allow us to critically reflect, to try to show how they can collaborate, integrated in the analyst’s mind, with the «greater self-knowledge» that the patient will require of the clinical workpossible. Starting from basic Freudian, Kleinian and Lacanian concepts, he delves into the theoretical complexities of the construction of the self and the other, the inside and the outside, the internal- external, including the context of the fantasy and reality of the 2020 pandemic as well as the clinic at that time. It approaches questions about the transfer and maintenance of our method in online sessions. From the hand of a patient whom Juan nominated, he transmits possibilities and limitations of the modifications of the frame, as well as of the plural thought with which it is possible to approach the psychoanalytic clinic.
