Abstract
メニエール病患者20名を対象として, その重心動揺を記録し, 次のような成績を得た.1. 重心動揺軌跡パターンメニエール病患者の重心動揺軌跡パターンとして3型が得られた. 正常者のパターンを拡大したようなA型を示すもの9例, 左右方向に動揺の大きいB型6例, 前後方向の速い動きが重畳したC型5例であった.2. 重心動揺軌跡距離1分間起立時の重心動揺軌跡距離は, 正常群で開眼時平均53.2cm, 閉眼時平均78.6cmであったのに対し, メニエール病群ではそれぞれ57.4cmと90.3cmであった. 重心動揺軌跡パターンとの関係は, 開眼時B型が最小値を示し, 閉眼時B型が最大値を示した. 開眼閉眼間の差はC型で最小値を示した.3. 重心位置の経時的変動明瞭な自発眼振のある例では, 重心位置が自発眼振の緩徐相側へ移動する傾向を示したが, 自発眼振が著明でない場合は重心位置に一定した傾向が見られなかった.4. 重心動揺周波数スペクトルメニエール病患者の重心動揺周波数スペクトルは2型に大別された. これら2型の特徴は正常者のII型およびIII型に類似していることで, メニエール病素因と重心動揺周波数スペクトルとの間に一定の関係があることを認めた.
