Abstract
This article talks about motivation, about researchers point of views, analysis, underlines the im-portance of motivation, both student and teacher motivation and how it is the most important factor in the learning process. It also discusses about the passion as one of the motivational factors, underlines the role of the passionate teacher, his/her characteristics, emphasize the connection between passionate teaching and the quality of student’s learning.
