The aim of this study is to examine employee motivation and its influence on job satisfaction. As a result of the fact that people and the information they possess are the most essential factors determining the productivity of an organization, motivation is becoming an increasingly vital component of modern business. One of the most important parts of motivation is determining how satisfied employees are with their jobs. As a necessary first step for achieving higher levels of efficiency, responsiveness, quality, and recognized service, businesses have an obligation to ensure that their staff members report high levels of job satisfaction. The goal of this thesis is to investigate the level of contentment and drive experienced by workers. It also discusses the impact that the company's culture has on the level of satisfaction experienced by the staff. Concepts like job satisfaction, different types of motivation, and different types of incentives are included in the theoretical framework of this thesis. The relationship between the employees and the management, as well as the communication that exists between the two groups, is one of the organization's greatest strengths.
