Abstract
Abstract Date Presented 04/01/2022 Using a mixed-methods methodology, this study examines why OTs choose the path of leadership. Data were collected through semistructured interviews and a leadership questionnaire with seven OT leaders in the United States. The collected data were transcribed and coded for themes by multiple coders. Results of a leadership questionnaire identify commonalities for leadership behaviors among the participants, providing implications for practitioners. Primary Author and Speaker: Sue Ram
