Motivação e ambiente de trabalho no contexto da Covid-19: uma preliminar de pesquisa

Abstract

Este artigo aborda a motivação no ambiente de trabalho e questiona: que elementos motivacionais devem ser considerados por empresas de grande porte para motivar funcionários, dentro do cenário de pandemia? Acredita-se que, diante da situação pandêmica, é necessária a implementação de ações de motivação organizacional, pautadas em teorias motivacionais. Objetiva-se aqui refletir a respeito de como a motivação interfere nos resultados empresariais, especialmente em períodos de ruptura com o estado das coisas – como o de pandemia. Para tanto realizou-se uma preliminar de pesquisa seguindo os moldes da Resolução 510 de 2016 do Conselho Nacional de Saúde. Achados, entre outras coisas, que (1) o colaborador tende a valorizar bastante a oportunidade de aprender, a oportunidade de trabalhar com flexibilidade e a possibilidade de crescimento. Abstract: This article addresses motivation in the workplace and asks: what motivational elements should be considered by large companies to motivate employees, within the pandemic scenario? It is believed that, given the pandemic situation, it is necessary to implement organizational motivation actions, based on motivational theories. The aim here is to reflect on how motivation interferes with business results, especially in periods of disruption with the state of things – such as the pandemic. To this end, a preliminary survey was carried out following the format of Resolution 510 of 2016 of the National Health Council. Findings, among other things, that (1) the employee tends to highly value the opportunity to learn, the opportunity to work flexibly and the possibility of growth.
