Abstract

In this paper, we present a motion-blur-free camera system using multi-exposed images. The proposed camera system captures three frames successively from the same scene at long-short-long exposure times. In the proposed system, the high-quality image is obtained by combining the shape information of the object in an under-exposed image captured at the short exposure time and the color information from two blurred images taken at the long exposure time. Simulation results show that the proposed multi-exposure camera system can provide a high-quality image without motion blur.
