Abstract
Motion of point vortices in a circular domain is studied. Especially the case of two vortices with equal strength is presented. The motion is described by a Hamiltonian as well as when they are in an infinite region. Though the system is integrable in the sense of Liouville, there is a wide variety of motion according to initial conditions. Classification of the motion can be made by considering two integrals and two parameters.
